Fly into Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB), located on Mactan Island. Airlines that'll wing you here include Cathay Pacific, Singapore, and many other major airlines. Most major carriers fly to capital Manila, from where there are several daily flights south to Cebu. You can also fly direct to Cebu from Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
